Hi, I’m “Action” Jackson Bloore and believe it or not, I wasn’t born confident, shredded, or naturally “that guy.” I was the skinny, shy, socially awkward kid who felt invisible most of the time… until I finally had enough. Fat doesn’t discriminate and neither does muscle mass. 

 
However, there will be some slight differences in nutrition based on gender. And there is often a tweak in emphasis with women focusing more on legs and butt and men focusing more on chest, abs, and arms.
