I’m passionate about helping people reach their peak health and performance through a combination of fitness, nutrition, and mindset. With over a decade of experience in the industry, I bring a well-rounded approach to training that adapts to individual needs. I hold a Fitness Diploma (2006) and a Bachelor of Human Nutrition from the University of Canberra (2011), along with certifications in Exercise Rehabilitation, Strength & Conditioning, Aqua Training, and CrossFit.
Before coaching, I spent six years playing professional women’s soccer in the W-League with Canberra United, Adelaide United, and Melbourne Victory. After two ACL reconstructions ended my playing career, I redirected my focus to coaching and rehab—supporting others through challenges both physical and mental.
I’ve trained a diverse range of clients, from elite athletes to busy parents and professionals. I believe success isn’t one-size-fits-all—it’s built through consistency, support, and a tailored plan. In 2017, I founded Ausletics CrossFit to create a community-focused space where people feel empowered, supported, and excited to move.
